State vs. S.G. – After a shooting, client was charged with the Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, a felony which carries up to twenty years in prison. After lengthy negotiations with the prosecutor and the judge, client pleaded guilty to a lesser offense and received a probationary sentence.

State vs. J.Q. – Client was charged with Assault and Battery, 1st degree, a felony which carries up to ten years in prison. Charges against client were dismissed at a preliminary hearing after attorney Grant Smaldone successfully argued that there was no probably cause for the warrant to have been issued.
