CRAIG A. SNOOK ESQ.
Craig has practiced law in Myrtle Beach and throughout the state of South Carolina since 1987. A long-time resident of Myrtle Beach, he moved here in 1970 when his family returned to the United States after several international tours of duty with the United States Government. He graduated from Myrtle Beach High School in 1978 and The University of South Carolina – Coastal Carolina College (now Coastal Carolina University) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance in 1982. He is a graduate of The University of South Carolina School of Law where he was selected to participate in the Federal Litigation Clinical Program and served as President, Vice-President and Membership Chairman of the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. During his legal studies at Carolina, he was also a founding member of the all lawyer rock band “Gross Negligence.”

Since then he has represented clients in all South Carolina state and federal courts including the United States District Court, South Carolina Court of Appeals, South Carolina Supreme Court and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Over the past 34 years, Craig has built an active and multifaceted civil litigation and business law practice. His courtroom experience includes both jury and non-jury trials, as well as motions, appeals, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings. His business law experience includes contract negotiation and preparation, creation of business entities, general corporate and LLC representation, business acquisitions and sales, along with outside counsel consultation on a variety of business issues encompassing multiple and diverse areas of representation ranging from commercial real estate and development to music publication agreements. Overall, his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, contract preparation and negotiation, business transactions and disputes, music and entertainment matters, workers' compensation, and personal injury claims involving severe injuries, deaths or disabilities.
