Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Auto Accidents

A lot of attention has been given lately to athletes who suffer traumatic brain injury following blows to the head. It's an issue that can profoundly affect not only our favorite star athletes but our own children as they enter sports leagues in school.

Teen Drivers and Auto Accidents

Teenage drivers from the age of 16 - 19 account for the largest proportion of car crashes in the U.S. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2333 teens were killed in auto crashes and 221,313 teens were treated for auto accident injuries in 2015.

Myrtle Beach Auto Accident FAQs

I've compiled some of the most common questions that we get from new clients. Any information here may vary depending on the facts and circumstances of your individual case, and this is intended only to give you a general understanding of the claims process and what is involved in an auto accident case.

Wrongful Death Auto Accidents

When a careless driver causes a car crash, South Carolina law requires them to fully compensate any victims. The negligent driver is required to restore the accident victims to the same position they were in before the incident happened. When a driver's negligence or recklessness results in a death, this is impossible.

Rules of the Road and South Carolina Auto Accidents

South Carolina's traffic laws are found in Title 56 of the S.C. Code. These and other rules of the road are necessary for the flow of traffic to be safe and efficient on our state's highways. Most car crashes happen because one or both parties failed to follow the rules of the road, and the responding officer will often cite one or both parties for violations.
